From 1st October 2009 until 31st March 2010, we will be letting the cottage at Le Grand Bost. The cottage has:-
* kitchen, dining area and lounge with two french window onto the patio, two other windows, rear emergency exit - electric oven, gas 4-ring hob, fridge
freezer, microwave, electric kettle and toaster, small electric gadgets, pine table, 8 dining chairs, pine dresser, pine side table, 2 x 3 seater sofas, coffee table, small side table,
television table, television, dvd recorder, free to view digibox, iPod docking station, cookware, crockery, glassware, large rug, curtains, cushions
* a second lounge with french windows emergency exit - futon sofa, 6' pine pew, 2 x small armchairs, leather armchair, coffee tables, stacking stereo, rug, curtains,
* a large master bedroom with 4 windows over 2 aspects - double bed with headboard, fitted range of wardrobes with dressing table, two cane chairs,
two bedside tables, 3 rugs, curtains
* a twin bedded room with window over garden - two pine beds, 2 pine bedside tables, fitted wardrobe, chair, chest of drawers, 2 rugs, curtains
* small double or single room with window over garden - double bed, chest of drawers, 2 bedside tables, chair, fitted wardrobe, rug, curtains
* bathroom with large window, bath, basin in cupboard unit, toilet, wicker chair, curtains
* shower room with corner shower and basin in cupboard unit
* separate toilet with basin
* utility room with washing machine and second fridge, ironing board
It is available for renting on a monthly basis with three months being the minimum rental.
Off the kitchen there is a private, fully enclosed, patio with garden table and chairs and
four reclining garden chairs. There is a box for cushions and an umbrella stand with large garden umbrella. There is a rotating clothes dryer which
fits into the umbrella stand. There is one parking space at the front or parking on the large shared parking area. There is a large, mainly grassed,
garden which is shared with the owners who rarely use it. The swimming pool is normally closed from October to March.

Rental rates are inclusive of all utilities, including heating in the winter months, bed linen and towels if required. Booking terms and conditions are available on request together with a sample rental agreement. Three months' rent in advance is required to confirm the booking.
