The external areas of this property are superb.

There is a magnificent walled courtyard created out of an original barn, the roof removed but the door and window spaces left in place.  This area has been tiled in a mixture of coloured tiles to create a Mediterranean feel.  There is a stone built barbecue and the courtyard is completely lit for late night wining and dining.  It offers a large dining table and chairs under a removable canopy - and two other seating areas.  The whole area is enclosed, very private and sheltered.

Steps from here lead to the pool area where there is an enormous terrace for sunbathing - sun loungers and comfortable cushions are provided for your comfort.  There is another dining table and chairs here for al fresco dining by the pool.  The pool (10m x 4m with roman steps) is alarmed for your safety. It is in the sun all day long and at the height of the summer the sun goes down over this area allowing you to sit in sunlight until after 8 pm.  The pool area is lit at night by the same lights as the courtyard as the lights have been sited in the old barn windows which gives light to both sides of the wall.  The pool itself has underwater lighting for that evening dip.

The large, mainly grassed, garden goes away from the pool.
