Le Grand Bost

You enter the property through the original barn door and step into the magnificent, 40sq.m., open plan lounge/diner.  It is light and airy and due to the thick stone walls stays cool in the summer and warm in the winter.

The lounge area, which leads onto the walled courtyard, offers a comfortable 3-piece suite, occasional tables and has satellite television and a dvd recorder/player. There is an iPod docking station.  It has three entrances, one from the front, one from the lounge area onto the walled courtyard, and one from the kitchen to the walled courtyard.

The dining area boasts the original cow stalls skilfully displayed against a brick wall.  There is a dining table and chairs for 8 people. A glass fronted cabinet for glassware and a bookcase filled with a variety of holiday reading.

There is a separate toilet with wash basin on this floor.

The kitchen is fully equipped with every possible utensil and offers a gas oven and hob, dishwasher, microwave and washing machine. There is a food mixer, bread maker, fruit juicer and other sundry electric gadgets.  A full range of crockery - china and plastic for outside dining - and all types of glasses are provided.
