Holiday Rentals from Owners Direct
Departure is requested by 10.30 am. Arrival is accepted from 4.00 pm. However, should your plane or car journey bring you to us much earlier than this, we are happy to discuss your leaving your luggage, or just sitting in the garden whilst we clean and prepare the property for your stay.
Rental rates are inclusive of all utilities, bed linen and towels. We also provide poolside towels which, if you are flying, leaves you more room in your suitcase.
A 25% deposit confirms your booking and the balance is due two calendar months prior to arrival. Booking terms and conditions are detailed on the booking form. A refundable security deposit of £250 per rental is also required at the time of the final payment.
