From mid September 2012 until the end of April 2013, we will be letting the barn at
Le Grand Bost. All the details are as in pages 'Living Accommodation' and ' Sleeping Accommodation'. The barn is centrally heated and
is warm and comfortable in the winter months with an oil fired boiler providing the central heating and plenty of hot water. The swimming pool will be closed and, therefore, not available during this period. It is available for renting on a monthly basis with three months being the minimum rental period. The rental price is based on the number of people in the rental party. Rental rates are inclusive of electricity, water, heating oil, local taxes, wifi. Booking terms and conditions are available on request together with a sample rental agreement. Three months' rental is payable in advance to confirm the booking. At the same time a security deposit equivalent to one month's rent is required. To rent Le Grand Bost Cottage for a long rental just e-mail or phone us. |
